hi! this week end i did not only visit warwick castle (and city), but also Stratford (yes again) and York (which is further north)...
(look out for the "Mr. Hois" picture...
Stratford:
The cottage (which actually is a rather big farm house) was the place Shakespear's wife was raised - the two actually never lived there, still it is nice to look at and the guides explain some useful stuff (not too long but not too short neither).
York: wonderful small city in the north east of England... 275 steps to climb the tower of the cathedral to enjoy the stunning view of roofs all around you!
